Anyone who received a data breach notice from 700Credit (auto-dealer credit/identity services vendor) saying their info was compromised in the October 2025 breach of the 700Dealer.com platform — about 5.8 million car buyers nationwide. Most people were exposed via car-dealership credit pulls and won't know 700Credit by name.

California residents (or buyers physically in California) who bought a discounted mattress from leesa.com, brooklynbedding.com, helixsleep.com, or bearmattress.com between mid-2019 and early-2024 (exact window varies by brand). $8.16M settlement in Grossman v. Night US LLC over inflated reference-price 'sales'.
